Military Diet


  Hi Everyone,I recently Finished a 3 day diet(This Diet is Made by the Military In order to get into shape fast) I was looking online for many diet's (I Just had a baby so im trying to loose weight) Anyways, this one stood out to me,because I am a picky eater and this was the only diet that sounded Good,And you are to loose 7-10 pounds in 3 days.To be completely Honest It was the easiest thing i have ever done,The days went by fast,And i Lost 5 pounds in 3 days,And i lost a total of 7 pounds! And like i said i am an extremely Picky eater and I did it! If i can do it you can do it! I emailed all of my family members the diet so that they can try it as well,I had such a good result with this.
 
 
 
 DAY 1: 
BREAKFAST-1/2 GRAPEFRUIT, 1 SLICE TOAST, 2 TBS. 
PEANUT BUTTER WITH COFFEE OR TEA
LUNCH-1/2 CUP TUNA, 1 SLICE TOAST, COFFEE OR TEA
DINNER-2 SLICES ANY TYPE OF MEAT (ABOUT 3OZ), 1 CUP GREEN BEANS, 1/2 BANANA, 1 SMALL APPLE & 1 CUP VANILLA ICE CREAM
                      
 DAY 2: 
BREAKFAST-1 EGG,1 SLICE TOAST, 1/2 BANANA
LUNCH-1 CUP COTTAGE CHEESE (OR 1 SLICE CHEDDAR CHEESE), 1 HARD BOILED EGG, 5 SALTINE CRACKERS
DINNER-2 HOT DOGS, (no buns), 1 CUP BROCCOLI, 1/2 CUP CARROTS, 1/2 BANANA, 1/2 CUP VANILLA ICE CREAM
 
 
                                     
 
                               DAY:3                               
 BREAKFAST-5 SALTINE CRACKERS,
1 SLICE CHEDDAR CHEESE, 1 SMALL APPLE
LUNCH-1 HARD BOILED EGG, 1 SLICE TOAST
DINNER-1 CUP TUNA, 1/2 BANANA, 
1 CUP VANILLA ICE CREAM
 
 
 
 
 
  (Do not Add anything unless otherwise,Drink water Only! If You do Not Drink Coffee Or Tea)
 You Can Do this Diet for the 3 days and go back to eating regular food for a couple of days and then go back to doing the 3 day diet and you should have Really Good Result's ......
